I come from a large family of chefs, caterers and bakers and I've been in the food industry for over 20 years (there is no relation to the bread company!).

I love food and I love entertaining my clients. From washing pots at 14 years old in the local pub, I then trained at Kent Catering College as a chef and have worked at some of the south east's best food establishments picking up great food knowledge, skills and a few stories along the way.
