To give you some guide costs (based on a wedding of 100 guests and inclusive of VAT):

 

• Canapés from £5 per person

• 3 course dinner from £38 per person

• All crockery, tables, chairs, linen, cutlery & glasses from £1500

• Full field kitchen from £500

• Waiting and bar staff £15 per hour
